  • 2 large red bell peppers
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the red bell peppers into strips, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them on a baking sheet.
