  • 24 regular-sized vegan marshmallows, halved
  • 48 pecan halves (or candied pecans for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato rounds with melted butter, salt, and maple syrup until evenly coated.
