  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil (for potatoes)
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil (for green beans)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube potatoes, then toss in a mixing bowl with olive oil, taco seasoning, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
