  • 12 ounces thick-cut turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • ⅛ cup honey
  • 1½ teaspoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, and brown sugar; set aside.
  3. Cut turkey bacon strips in half and wrap each sausage chunk tightly.
  4. Place wrapped sausages in a muffin pan or secure with toothpicks on a baking sheet.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeño until smooth. Transfer mixture to a zip-top bag and snip off a corner.
  6. Pipe the cheese mixture onto each sausage piece and top with jalapeño slices.
