  • 1 box favorite cake mix
  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy melts (for coating)
  • Toppings (sprinkles, candy eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes until well blended. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for about 10 minutes in the pan.
  4. Crumble the cooled cake into fine pieces and mix with frosting until combined.
  5. Roll mixture into small balls (about 1 inch) and place on a lined cookie sheet.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Melt candy melts according to package instructions.
  8. Dip lollipop sticks into melted candy before inserting into each chilled ball. Let set upright.
  9. Dip each pop into melted candy melts and decorate with toppings while still wet.
