Instructions

  1. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender (about 10 minutes). Drain and sauté them in olive oil or butter until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the smashed garlic clove and place the salmon skin-side down. Cook for about 4–5 minutes until crispy; flip and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  3. Steam or roast baby carrots and broccoli until fork-tender. Toss with olive oil, salt, and optional chili flakes.
