Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast, diced
  • Broccoli florets
  • Red bell pepper, sliced
  • Yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • Green beans
  • Olive oil or sesame oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Rice vinegar
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Cooked brown rice or wild rice mix

Instructions
